We offer free delivery on pallets.The sample boxes incur a postage charge of £10.00, the cost of your first sample box including postage can be offset against your first order of a full pallet only using the coupon code emailed with the receipt for your sample box.

Returning your order
Returns for firewood or fencing may not be possible. Please see our terms and conditions page for details.
Changing your Mind
We understand that you may want to cancel an order. If so, please contact us immediately to get your order cancelled and a refund sent. if goods are already in transit, we cannot cancel your order.
Cancelling an Order
Please contact us by phone on 01775 719039 or by email email@example.com as quickly as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Any refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Changing your Mind
As long as the wood has not been opened or used, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel your order with us and 14 days from notification of cancellation to return the item. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
You will need to print out (or copy the details) from your order, which need to be included with your return. This is necessary for us to identify who the return is from and what we need to do next.
None of these terms or conditions affect your statutory legal rights.

We accept Visa and MasterCard Debit and Credit Cards (except American Express). You will receive an email with details of your order. Please check that this is correct. If you encounter any difficulties, please give us a ring and we will sort them out for you.
In all cases of dispute the law which is applied is that of England.

We endeavour to resolve any complaints fairly and to your satisfaction. Please take photos if possible on receipt of your goods so we can contact the haulier.
